**About the job**
The team is looking for an Associate to support the Finance Business Partner relationships for Americas Sales. Our team supports the Sales Division by providing recommendations for critical decisions to Business Unit leaders.
**As an Associate Finance Business Partner, you will**:
- Build and maintain first class analysis (bespoke and standard metrics and views) for the leaders for America's sales Business Units (Financial Services, Government, Life Sciences) and regions (US, Latin America, Canada). Liase with the Senior Manager FBP to identify deliver analysis in a consistent and thorough manner
- Develop a deep understanding of the critical success factors and business drivers for the Business Units of the Americas Sales organization to establish and enhance the budget/forecast (3+9, 6+6, 9+3, 11+1) process
- Collaborate with the Corporate Insights & Analytics team and Financial Planning & Analysis team to deliver timely, accurate data useful for decision making, helping to streamline processes/data
- Assist the Finance organization with modernization of financial management reporting to levels expected of a publicly held international organization.
- Assess opportunities to accelerate business growth based on trends and analysis of performance
- Identify and provide strategies to mitigate financial risks to the business
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or educational equivalent in accounting or related field required.
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a large international publicly owned company environment with exposure to financial planning and analysis activity.
- Technology industry experience desirable.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office suite
- Advanced Financial Analysis
- Project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish).
- Excellent Relationship Management Skills
- An ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely to non-financial stakeholders.
