POSITION SUMMARYThe Associate Freight Pay Analyst is responsible for supporting the Freight Pay team in answering all carrier freight pay related questions including client invoicing, adjustments, and credits. This role requires excellent time management, problem solving, analytical, and customer service skills.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:Follow standard operating procedures and update when gaps are identifiedIntegrates data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as neededRun, format, or distribute reports to provide data for various analytical projectsIdentify invoicing errors and discrepanciesUtilize problem solving and critical thinking skills to review error reports monthlyAnalyze current accounts payables and receivables to identify payment discrepanciesContribute to projects that utilize the CHR project-based delivery modelEscalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadershipOther duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirementsQUALIFICATIONSRequired:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requestedPreferred:Strong organization skills and attention to detailFriendly and articulate phone demeanorStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to use own judgement and make decisionsSelf-motivated and the ability to work independentlyAbility to work in fast-paced, professional environmentBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programsValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentCH Robinson is an equal opportunity employer.
