.The Specialist, HR Shared Service, working under general direction, is responsible for managing HR operations, ensuring strict adherence to company policies, and maintaining precise data in the HR database. The role handles inquiries from employees and managers, offering expert guidance on benefits, policies, and HR systems, while actively supporting the recruitment process and facilitating the seamless onboarding of new hires. This role entails diligent record-keeping, conducting audits, and generating insightful reports to monitor and analyze HR key indicators. Additionally, the role collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain data accuracy and compliance, fostering a compliant and efficient HR function. The role is also responsible for staying updated on trends and industry practices within the HR Shared Service domain.**Education**:- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.- Speak english fluent- Speak portuguese fluent**Experience**:- Minimum 3 years of work experience with a Master's degree or 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.Licenses and Certifications:- Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) (preferred)- SHRM Certified Professional (preferred)Work Requirements:- Involves occasional (defined as one-third or less of the time) lifting of no more than 10 pounds at a time.
