**You Are **_: _**UST is looking for an **Associate III - Production Support ( **Automation background with Jenkins, administer production jobs, understand ability to debug issues, use the monitoring systems (Alerts and dashboards) requirements and tech skills Scripting automation).
**The Opportunity**:- Ensure that requests for support are properly logged and resolved as per the Service Level Agreements, according to agreed standards and procedures- Identify and report opportunities to improve efficiency and quality (e.G.
Repeatable processes that can be automated)- Learn business domain and system domain; individually and as recommended by the project/account- Attain technical knowledge for troubleshooting/resolving any reported production issues- Set FAST goals and seek feedback to FAST goals**What you need**:- At least 3-4 years of professional support experience i.E troubleshooting, analysis and help finding RCA- RDBMS SQL- Linux- JIRA knowledge- Basic API knowledge- Application monitoring and alerting- Monitor Infra- DB transaction spike- Application load- Check and Verify logs- Oracle, SQL (Able to understand mid complex queries) CI/CD pipeline - good to have L1 support with client, business SRE - for production support 70% and 30% automation**_What we believe _**_: _- We're proud to embrace the same values that have shaped UST since the beginning.
