UST is looking for an **Associate III - Production Support ( **Automation background with Jenkins, administer production jobs, understand ability to debug issues, use the monitoring systems (Alerts and dashboards) requirements and tech skills Scripting automation).
**The Opportunity**:
- Ensure that requests for support are properly logged and resolved as per the Service Level Agreements, according to agreed standards and procedures
- Identify and report opportunities to improve efficiency and quality (e.g.
Repeatable processes that can be automated)
- Learn business domain and system domain; individually and as recommended by the project/account
- Attain technical knowledge for troubleshooting/resolving any reported production issues
- Set FAST goals and seek feedback to FAST goals
**What you need**:
- At least 3-4 years of professional support experience i.e troubleshooting, analysis and help finding RCA
- RDBMS SQL
- Linux
- JIRA knowledge
- Basic API knowledge
- Application monitoring and alerting
- Monitor Infra
- DB transaction spike
- Application load
- Check and Verify logs
- Oracle, SQL (Able to understand mid complex queries) CI/CD pipeline - good to have L1 support with client, business SRE - for production support 70% and 30% automation
