Supports to Project Managers with tactical tasks (such as uploading inventory, triggering materials, drafting and sending communications, request contact load.)
- Cleaning, validating and uploading client inventory files.
- Drafting, validating communications and materials.
- Gathering, validating, loading contact information for drivers.
- Triggering customer access to platforms.
- Service Cloud cases
- AVIS reservations
- RFP's attention and response
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities related to the implementation process.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's required or equivalent business experience
- 1 to 3 years business experience is required in leasing industry, financial services, operations or customer service.
- English B2
Knowledge and Competencies
- Strong PC proficiency (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong data entry and typing skills.
- Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize)
- Identify and ask probing questions, gather data, identify options/solutions to a problem or issue.
- Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written & oral
- Excellent Customer Service & Relationship skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster teamwork and relationships
