This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.Responsibilities:Supports Project Managers with tactical tasks (such as uploading inventory, triggering materials, drafting and sending communications, request contact load).Cleaning, validating, and uploading client inventory files.Drafting, validating communications and materials.Gathering, validating, loading contact information for drivers.Triggering customer access to platforms.Service Cloud cases.AVIS reservations.RFP's attention and response.Identify and implement process improvement opportunities related to the implementation process.Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree required or equivalent business experience.1 to 3 years of business experience is required in the leasing industry, financial services, operations, or customer service.English B2 proficiency.Knowledge and Competencies:Strong PC proficiency (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Strong data entry and typing skills.Strong organization skills (ability to prioritize).Ability to identify and ask probing questions, gather data, and identify options/solutions to a problem or issue.Ability to implement and adapt to change effectively.Strong communication skills, both written and oral.Excellent customer service and relationship skills.Demonstrated ability to build and foster teamwork and relationships.What's in it for You:
