This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.The insurance associate will be part of a multidisciplinary team in charge of executing tasks and daily processes related to insurance claims' follow up and resolution, insurance quoting according to the client's requirements including the variables that might affect the insurance premiums, monitoring and reconciliation of payments to the insurance company, collection of clients, serve as liaison between the insurance agent and customers, and figure out UDI's conciliation. This position will be responsible for proposing measurable, innovative and sustainable processes to eliminate rework and unnecessary waiting times. Its main responsibility will be the creation of strategies to penetrate the portfolio of clients who are not enrolled in the insurance program hand in hand with the commercial team.- Customer catchment and new insurance- Subscription, conciliation and collection- Insurance claims' follow up- Process improvement- Personnel and insurers coordinatorThe insurance associate will oversee the following responsibilities:- Support commercial team to attract new customers by quoting competitive rates.- Conciliate and generate the payment file to suppliers and collection to customers.- Ensure the correct calculation of "use of facilities" to maximize the income from the insurance program.- Provide follow up and alternatives to clients regarding existing incidents with the units, this includes coordination with the insurance broker, coordination of in-plants, follow up with workshops and insurance company.- Bachelor's in accounting, Finance or Administration, Engineering or any related professional career.- Knowledge of improvement and process and quality management.- Over two years of work experience in the insurance sector, processes, quality and Operations performance.
