These initiatives will be tailored to support and empower Wizeliners, championing their growth and success.**Your Day-to-Day**:Program Management & Delivery: From the ideation phase through execution to the closing phase, you will be the owner of internal learning and training programs, ensuring their success and overseeing all logistics. This includes:- Designing and developing educational programs, curricula, and materials that align with the company's business objectives, culture, and values.- Collaborating with Senior Managers and Heads of Practice to identify training needs inside our Technology Programs and create learning solutions that meet those needs.- Conducting needs assessments, analyzing data, and identifying performance gaps to inform program design and development.- Utilizing Adult Learning Theory and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.- Incorporating a variety of delivery methods, including e-learning, instructor-led training, simulations, and on-the-job training, to ensure learning objectives are met.- Continuously evaluate and refine learning programs to ensure they meet the needs of the business and drive performance.- Tracking and reporting key program metrics to quantify value and impact.**Required Skills, Competencies, and Characteristics**:For the Associate Learning Program Manager role, the following is required:**Previous experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and event program management.**- Exceptional leadership skills and ability to drive progress in ambiguity.- Deep understanding of the mentorship relationship, ensuring that it is purposeful, productive, and aligned with organizational goals.- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple responsibilities, prioritize, and delegate while delivering results.- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.- Professional written and verbal communication skills **in both English and Spanish are required**.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop innovative learning solutions.- Excellent attention to detail.- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.- Ability to adapt to new platforms and digital tools.- Creativity and passion for developing and implementing innovative ideas to add value.- A high degree of ownership and a **proactive** approach to delivering results.- Teamwork and effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
