As part of DPDHL, you will be working with a global network of Legal colleagues and benefit from a wide range of development opportunities.Job Purpose: Under the direct supervision of the Senior Legal Counsel, provides legal advice to corporate management on legal matters in alignment with Mexico's Legal Head for DHL Global Forwarding. A Legal Counsel Associate ensures that business practices, policies, and agreements meet regulatory requirements to prevent the organization from litigation. Researches, interprets, and prepares legal and business communication documents and contracts. Prepares and maintains official records, notices, and actions as required by international, federal, state, and local regulations and by other regulatory authorities.
