Our fleet or package management services span the entire life cycle, from acquisition and financing to program management and remarketing, helping customers optimize performance and improve productivity.Area: MaintenanceCity: Mexico CityWhat We NeedWe are looking for a Technical Mechanic who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.Are you:- Passionate about the automotive industry?- A person who likes to be in contact with other people?As the Technical Mechanic, you will provide support & guidance to our client's drivers and act as a fiduciary for our clients when authorizing repairs. Also, will be in contact with Case Managers, Supervisor's, Managers, Drivers, Clients and Suppliers.A Day in the Life- Responding to incoming calls from drivers and suppliers and resolving inquiries concerning technical and non-technical work.- Providing service assistance and directions to drivers and clients- Answering supplier calls and creates an electronic repair invoice. Negotiates repair prices when appropriate and reviews request for compliance with Client Policy and Element's Standard Operating Procedures.
