Also, will be in contact with Case Managers, Supervisor's, Managers, Drivers, Clients and Suppliers.A Day in the Life- Responding to incoming calls from drivers and suppliers and resolving inquiries concerning technical and non-technical work.- Providing service assistance and directions to drivers and clients- Answering supplier calls and creates an electronic repair invoice.
Negotiates repair prices when appropriate and reviews request for compliance with Client Policy and Element's Standard Operating Procedures.
Issue authorizations for valid repairs to manage the client's vehicle maintenance repair costs, and ensure vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum.- As part of role will be required to make outbound calls to help initiate service, follow up on service or to resolve open issues.
