What We Need
We are looking for a Maintenance Associate who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization.

As the Maintenance Associate, you will respond to requests, resolve issues, and follow the approval process related to fleet maintenance at the call center. You will manage guarantees, technical support, follow-ups, and discounts with suppliers and manage payments to third-party suppliers.
A Day in the Life- Respond to incoming calls from suppliers to register maintenance service authorizations in the internal system according to customer parameters.- Issue valid repair authorizations to manage customer vehicle maintenance repair costs and ensure vehicle downtime is kept to a minimum.- Review of authorizations and approval of services to suppliers (agencies, workshops, and tire shops).- Provide the best cost and repair time option to the client, facilitating decision-making to keep their units in optimal operating conditions.- Negotiate repair prices and review the request for compliance with Element Customer Policy and Standard Operating Procedures. Proactive analysis of repair costs to support the customer in decision making.- Maintain communication with clients to identify opportunities and provide recommendations to fleet managers.- Review coverage generate savings and controls for Maintenance customers.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Automotive Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Mechanical Engineering- Technical knowledge in auto mechanics- Experiences as an automotive technician or service advisor for automotive agencies- 3 years of experience in any automotive company (agency, leasing company) or as a fleet manager (maintenance) in any company- 2 years of experience in areas related to customer services as a maintenance advisor in an auto dealership, workshop or tire shop- Supplier negotiations- Use of MS Office at a business level- Desirable experience in a call center environment
