Associate Manager - Customer Support

Supervise day-to-day activities of team members who make pick-up and delivery appointments and track freight- Ensure team members meet daily goals
- Monitor individual and team performance
- Track volume (throughput), productivity (performance), and quality of work performed
- Process improvement- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes
- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes
- Other responsibilities as assigned

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of one year experience in carrier-facing logistics, freight, or supply chain

**Education**: Preferred
- Bachelor or better

**Skills**: Required
- Bilingual English/Spanish
