Associate Manager - Customer Support

Supervise day-to-day activities of team members who make pick-up and delivery appointments and track freight- Ensure team members meet daily goals- Monitor individual and team performance- Track volume (throughput), productivity (performance), and quality of work performed- Process improvement- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes- Other responsibilities as assigned**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written- Bachelor's Degree- Minimum of one year experience in carrier-facing logistics, freight, or supply chain**Education**: Preferred- Bachelor or better**Skills**: Required- Bilingual English/Spanish
