**About the Role**This role in our Monterrey Center of Excellence leads a team of Carrier Sales Support experts. The team is responsible for establishing and growing relationships with carrier partners while providing best-in-class customer service. The team is also responsible for providing actionable feedback to management that drives efficiency and continuous improvements for our carriers. This role is approximately 50% leadership and 50% hands-on work.- Supervise day-to-day activities of team members who address inbound bids submitted by carriers, resolve proof of delivery and payment issues, resolve live load issues with Carrier Support Operations, reach out to low-performing carriers to review performance improvement plans and work to improve carrier performance and retain highly engaged carriers.- Ensure team members meet daily goals- Monitor individual and team performance- Track volume (throughput), productivity (performance), and quality of work performed- Process improvement- Communicate with and provide feedback to the account operations team to improve on or create new scheduling processes- Empowered participation in the development, implementation, and automation of critical business processes- Other responsibilities as assigned**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**- Excellent English language skills - verbal and written- Bachelor's Degree- Minimum of one year experience in carrier-facing logistics, freight, or supply chain**Experience**: Required- 1 year(s): Minimum of one year experience in carrier-facing logistics, freight, or supply chain**Education**: Required- Bachelor or better**Skills**: Required- Bilingual English/Spanish
