Is responsible of improving leadership skills and implement career development plans that contributes with the transformation of Supply Chain/Manufacturing into a "best in class" organization".The Assoc Manager HRBP has an essential leadership role as Talent Development.Responsible of ensuring the technical knowledge through designing, developing and delivering strategy for manufacturing & technical positions with the objective of ensure the business continuity.
**Major duties**:Design, develop, deliver and evaluate talent solutions that support organizational capabilities aligned to the organization's business plan using knowledge of talent management, change management, digitization, leadership and performance improvement.Partner the business to fully understand processes, objectives and outcome metrics and vision.Provide leadership and guidance to BU HR generalist in El Salto & Santa Ana Plants regarding labor relations, organizational development & training iniciatves to roll out to their audiences.Analize and provide solutions to control HR operational KPIs.
**Experience**:Minimum of 4 years in the HR department, Food Manufacturing companies and experience as a leader of people.
