Eaton's ES CRDS RESI Residential division is currently seeking a Associate Product Manager.**What you'll do**:**Job summary**The Miniature Circuit Breaker Associate Product Manager will be responsible for marketing decisions about the thermal magnetic and electronic miniature circuit breakers built in the Bravos plant, in Juarez. We are currently setting up new SKUs every month in Juarez, and each new SKU requires several actions in our ERP, Vista, as well as several marketing decisions about appearance, labels, packaging, etc. You will be the marketing leader for setting up these SKUs.In CRDS, Product Managers act as the central point of coordination between Engineering, North American Sales, Marketing Communications, and Production/Operations. This includes New Product Development (NPD), Customer Service, and Product Line Support of your products, as well as responsibility for meeting financial goals associated with your products. As Bravos transitions out of start-up, your job will transition to day-to-day product management of the SKUs coming out of Bravos.The Bravos plant will produce $200MM worth of circuit breakers by the end of 2024. Another $400MM worth of miniature circuit breakers will be produced in the Haina, Dominican Republic, factory. Combine these products with $400MM in sales of enclosures like Loadcenters, Spa Panels, and Group Metering, and this rounds out the $1B Residential Circuit Protection product line.**role, you will**:- Ensure Marketing is never the critical path to running new SKUs in Bravos by staying ahead of project timelines and deliverables- Help develop Strat Plan, Roadmap, and Profit Plan content for your products to feed the overall product line plans- Help set and meet financial goals for your products- Work with customers and the plant to prioritize backorders, delays, and quality issues- Train to become a marketing point of contact for AFCI and GFCI troubleshooting issues- Write support literature for new and existing products, such as technical documents, instruction leaflets, and other marketing documentation- Maintain Product Data Hub and Vista for new and existing products, and set up new products in these systems- Actively coordinate with Lincoln, Haina, Cherrington, Pune, and Sumter on new product development and product line support for your products- Develop business cases and pitch them to management for circuit breaker projects- Respond to customer requests for information as neededLI-MG1**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree, preferent in Electrical Engineering. Master's degree in field is a plus.- 2+ years of experience with electronics and printed circuit board fabrication, design, or prototyping- Experience with software and/or firmware design cycles- Other relevant experience with circuit-board-based life safety devices- Experience with electrical construction in residential, commercial, or industrial sectors- Experience selling circuit protection gear for Eaton or a competitor- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and experience working with electrical equipment- Prior experience with sales or marketing roles- Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish.- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships- Aptitude for supporting multiple projects simultaneously- Excellent presentation skills and public speaking experience"- 90% minimum of English domain (talked and written)We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
