Job Overview:
**About the Role**:

- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and functionality
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends
- Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to ensure that product requirements are met and executed on time and within budget
- Assist with the creation of product specifications, use cases, and user stories
- Develop and maintain product documentation, including help guides, release notes, and training materials
- Work closely with the cross functional team to monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption
- Participate in customer meetings and user groups to gather feedback and insights

**About You**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in a product management role or related field
- Understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based software development
- Experience working in Agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
