Our platform streamlines complex indirect tax processes and enables clients to minimize tax risks and increase compliance.Job Overview:**About the Role**:- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and functionality- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and market trends- Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to ensure that product requirements are met and executed on time and within budget- Assist with the creation of product specifications, use cases, and user stories- Develop and maintain product documentation, including help guides, release notes, and training materials- Work closely with the cross functional team to monitor product performance and make recommendations for improvements- Collaborate with our customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption- Participate in customer meetings and user groups to gather feedback and insights**About You**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field- 1-3 years of experience in a product management role or related field- Understanding of SaaS business models and cloud-based software development- Experience working in Agile development methodologies- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze data- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneouslyLI-LJ1**What's in it For You?
