Essential Responsibilities: Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients, and Performance.Manage projects in a timely manner in adherence with ICON's SOPs, ICH, GCP, and appropriate regulations.Delivery of projects in accordance with the contract, timelines, and study budget.Attend and present at client Investigator, Kick-Off, and client meetings.Ensure all necessary study-specific training is provided to the study team to improve performance and knowledge.Management of eCRF development process.Development/Review/Maintenance of all trial documentation (Charter, eCRF, SRS, Reviewer Training Manuals).User Acceptance Training and demonstration of eCRF.Primary client and CRO contact; develops successful working relationships with client/CRO.Provide regular feedback to senior management on project status, client satisfaction, and staffing issues.Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 35% domestic and/or international). Education and Experience Requirements: Education: Minimum bachelor's degree (preference in Life Sciences or similar) or equivalent education/work experience.Relevant Work Experience: Detail-oriented with previous experience in timeline management.Language: Advanced English fluency required for business communication.
