.The Associate Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of a functional organization within Epicor, along with providing support to other recruiters that service other organizations in the company.What you will be doingIdentify candidates with high profiles and analyze business requirements to assist in recruitment.Analyze candidate pipelines to determine talent who are aligned to posting criteria.Coordinate phone and on-site interviews for candidates, hiring managers and interview team.Source talent via job boards and from ATS databases.Recruit and hire permanent and temporary employees.What you likely bringExperience with or understanding of Recruitment lifecycle.Experience with LinkedIn and similar job boards.Self-starter.Excellent written and oral communication skills; must speak fluent English.What could set you apartKnowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.Knowledge or experience of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.About EpicorAt Epicor, we're truly a team.
