This takes hard work and innovation, and we need more like-minded people on our team.Responsibilities include managing the end of lease vehicle sales process, from reviewing next maturities, providing FMV quotations, vehicle remarketing, to end-user billing and sales reporting, while meeting all business policies and needs.Portfolio End of Lease maturity monitoring and review by customer.End to end process requests for Remarketing and sale of vehicles.Coordinate vehicle collection to supplier facilities.Customer service for any End of Lease requirements, including escalation of additional needs.Collaboration with internal business partners on any defects in process.Responsible for ensuring all vehicle sales are properly documented and meet metric expectations.Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree.1 to 3 years of business experience required, with strong problem-solving, business judgment, and decision-making skills.Organized with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills.Medium level of English proficiency.Strong demonstrated project management skills and analytics.Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to programs and apps designed specifically for Element Fleet.Knowledge and CompetenciesResult-oriented with strong decision-making skills.Ability to work under pressure with discretion and good judgment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with general office equipment.Demonstrated ability to build and foster teamwork and relationships.What's in it for You
