Responsibilities include the end of Lease end-to-end vehicle sales process, from next maturities review, FMV quotations, vehicle remarketing, to end user billing and sales report, meeting and complying with all business policies and needs:
Portfolio End of Lease maturity monitoring and review by customer.End to end process requests for Remarketing and sale of vehicles.Coordinate vehicle collection to supplier facilities.Customer service for any End of Lease requirements, including escalation of any additional needs.Collaboration with internal business partners on any defects in process.Responsible for ensuring all vehicle sales are properly documented to meet metric expectations.Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree1 to 3 years of business experience is required. Strong problem-solving, business judgment, and decision-making skills are essential.Must be organized with the ability to multitask and possess good time management skills.Excellent and professional oral and written communication skills are required.Medium proficiency in English is required.Strong demonstrated project management skills and analytics.Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to programs designed specifically for Element Fleet.Knowledge and Competencies Result-oriented and decision-making skills required.Ability to work under pressure with discretion and good judgment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with general office equipment.Demonstrated ability to build and foster teamwork and relationships.What's in it for You
