Overview
The primary responsibilities of the Associate Service Engineer are providing outstanding Customer Service by resolving customer product issues over the telephone and ensure their experience is memorable. Also, as a team member you will be of support to the team's needs as well as participate in projects to assist in data entry for databases and process improvement of our overall daily operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer product issues in a courteous and professional matter both outbound and inbound calls, texting, and chat.
- Describe that the customer will be mostly Professional Irrigation installers/users and homeowners.
- Describe decoder system support, radio communications, control systems programming, 4G systems.
- Describe WI-FI support.
- Training and development to peers and new hires
- Develop reference material for supporting high end systems.
- Enter customer information accurately in databases; could assist in preparing
- Performs general administration tasks within the RBTS group.
- Must meet and comply with department and company policies, procedures, objectives, and regulations.
- Deliver Product Webinars
**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
- Knowledge in electrical systems
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English to communicate with external and internal customers, or other groups within the company.
- Must have flexibility to work within a flexible schedule that may include 12hrs/day operations and different work schedules.
- Initiative to identify issues and areas of need and implement solutions.
- Excellent judgment in ambiguous situations and creative problem solving; capable of handling various projects or tasks at the same time (multitasker)
- Advanced use and understanding of voltmeters and clamp meters.
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Networking certification is preferred.
- Knowledge in irrigations system and products
- Teamwork oriented to help peers with questions and follow-ups.
- Telephone customer service experience
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
