That's why our customers rely on Molex to help them master change and create the most important breakthroughs through powerful innovation, engineering excellence, end-to-end supply chain optimization, and world-class manufacturing capabilities.**Description**- This person will be leading and facilitating cross functional teams in the planning and execution of strategic projects related to our Global Manufacturing and Test Services organization; this organization is comprised of many Manufacturing locations and Test Laboratories providing product development and qualification.- The Associate Technical Project Manager acts as the team leader of the project and manages the project within the constraints of the Cost, Quality, and Timing requirements documented in the Project Plan, the projects are focused on Cable Assemblies, Automation/Semi-Automation, Supplier Development, and process optimization.**Responsibilities**- Develops, documents, and maintains the Project Plans (Scope, Schedule, Budget, Risks, Success Criteria, etc.) for the assigned strategic projects, including Cable processing and procurement initiatives; - Leads cross functionalstrategic teams through the execution, monitoring, and achievement of the Project Plan using Project Management methodologies such as Action Item Lists, Gantt Charts, Risk Registers, Key Performance Indicators, Team Meetings, etc. Cross functional teams include Manufacturing Integration Engineer, Test Engineer, Suppliers, Plant, Project Management team, Product Management, Procurement, etc; - Clearly and concisely communicates the value proposition of strategic projects and contributes to project justification and stakeholder approval; - Is responsible for team communications and promoting the team projects across the business; - Proactively identifies, documents, and executes risk reduction activities to minimize Project Risks associated with Cost, Quality, and Timing that could negatively affect Project Plan achievement; - Clearly and concisely communicates status of assigned projects to both internal and division stakeholders
