The individual will be able to build and develop good relations with suppliers, landlord, and internal stakeholders whilst supporting all employees in providing a workplace that enables them to deliver their best work.The position holder will be part of the wider global Workplace team contributing to the vision of being leaders in the provision workplace solutions. Supporting the retention and attraction of talent; management, implementation; and the development andcompliance of policies, procedures, and protocols within the Travelport global property portfolio.**Attributes & responsibilities include**:- A passion for people: building winning partnerships with employees and contractors, creating a culture of excellence that sees the Guadalajara community grow, flourish and excel, with a desire to provide a leading workplace solution that has 5-star service qualities.- Third party contractor management: develop contract specifications, award, monitor and review all major contracts and services, organize planned and reactive maintenance ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, and manage office cleaning, paper destruction, stationery orders, and food and drink supplies.- Landlord and property management partnership: manage regular interactions to ensure compliance with lease obligations and a proactive response to issues that arise from defective building system operations, meetings and morning walkthroughs to address any issues, escalating as required.- Finance and procurement controls: manage the end to end procurement process following financial processes including budget preparation, financial reforecasting, and variance analysis with all spend fully auditable
