You´ll lead all the product planning for this gender, pre, in and post season activities related to Nike Factories Stores.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?You will be working in the DSM (Demand & Supply Management ) team, supporting the Nike Factory Stores teamYour main tasks will be:- Build seasonal style-level assortment financial and illustrative plans for NFS that tie to the business plans and targets.- Conduct period analysis, including but not limited to style-level sell through to inform and influence current and future seasons.- Pre, In and Post season planningWHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?You will report to the NFS/Value planning Director and closely work with the Stores Director. You will be part of DSM and closely work with the Store Ops team.WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE- 5+ years' experience in Buying, Planning, Allocation and/or Vendor Sales for a multi-store retailer or Assortment Planning experience with other apparel / footwear wholesale organization- Comprehensive understanding of retail math- Experience in gross margin profitability planning- Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others- Advanced Excel skill & Business English- Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred- Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business- Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred- Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functionsNIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
