ResponsibilitiesSupervise employees by prioritizing tasks for adherence to schedule. Maintain basic understanding of all processes and equipment, troubleshoot problems, report any process and equipment problems, and alert maintenance for assistance with equipment issues.Ensure compliance of products and procedures to the Quality System and assist the quality technician with monitoring the filling operation to deliver a quality product.Oversee and maintain employee attendance tracking, assist in training employees, and manage documentation.Communicate with VP Operations and Production Managers to ensure smooth transitions to the following shift.Ensure accurate reporting of all production transactions and other inventory movements.Oversee the security and safety of the facility and employees during shift operations. Secure all doors and security devices at the end of the shift.Required ExperienceEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.Work ExperienceAt least 2 years' experience as a trained line leader, production worker, supervisor, or manager in a GMP environment.Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot the manufacturing processes in the facility.Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers, and/or print scaling).Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers, and tables, and/or adjusting table columns).Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree.Medline Industries, LP is an equal opportunity employer.
