What you'll do:Have effective communication and negotiation skills, being able to overcome objections and find solutions.Achieve collection goals by providing customer service and then secure collecting as much as possible, as soon as possible as human as possible.Effective win - win negotiation on overdue account paymentsGeneral billing support to clarify doubts, orders and complaints regarding overdue payments or feesListen, respond, and resolve consistently on every call throughout your shift.Be comfortable using a personal computer to take notes and research billing questions while engaging with customers on the phone.
