Using a combination of technologies, experience, and exceptional service, we help companies move products across North America, starting with the world's largest trade routes: Mexico / US / Canada / cross-border trucks.**Responsibilities**:Communication and negotiation with contractors of the company on USA market (English speakers)Register of contracts and agreementsOrganization and coordination of transportationControl of timely of cargoRecord keepingAbility to build working relationships.Effective communication and follow-up.Negotiation on service rates.**Requirements**:No working experience is required.English level upper intermediate or higherWillingness to work with the market and clients from the USA.Experience of working in the following companies is a plus - Teletech / American Express / Telvista / Teleperformance / Human capitalRecord-keeping, time-management, and organization skillsClient management and data management skillsAnalytical and multitasking skillsWhat do we offer?Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:50 a.M. to 5:00 p.M.
