**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant business experience.
- Advanced English, Conversation and Writing
- Experience with customer service and interaction.
- Understand basic math skills to be used in pricing material, costing orders, and managing inventory stock levels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft word, excel, and outlook.
- Not intimidated by social interaction on the phone or in person
**Responsibilities**
- Schedule, verify, and track installations.
- Coordinate last-minute requests for add-on materials or items, including entering purchase orders and communicating with customers to get approval for additional costs.
- Coordinate with warehouses and purchasing groups.
- Follow-up tracking for satisfaction.
- Helping other team members when needed.
