**Your Role**:
As a real estate attorney, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing legal processes related to real estate transactions.
You will serve as a key legal advisor, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth transactions by interfacing with clients, notaries, trustees, and the internal team.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Learn and utilize internal systems efficiently.
- Adhere to and refine company legal procedures.
- Manage client communications and maintain relationships.
- Draft, review, and prepare legal documents and contracts relevant to real estate.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- Schedule and manage meetings and calls with relevant parties.
- Provide legal advisory services in corporate and real estate law.
- Develop and expand business relationships and source new clients.
- Mentor and guide legal assistants within the team.
- Achieve defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
**Your Skills and Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
- Holds a law degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate and real estate law.
- Proficient in Civil and Foreign Investment Law, various trust types, and contract law.
- Technologically adept with strong skills in Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, Asana, and Apple Mac OS.
- Renowned for being punctual, reliable, and highly productive.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
