This level works with supervisory involvement. Researches, gathers and organizes facts and presents reasoned conclusions. Communicates internally after discussion with supervisor. Identifies clear legal precedent or the absence of same and verifies through research. Understands company performance and critical success factors including longer-term forecasts and business plans as they relate to general practice. Has academic familiarity with legal principles. Consults with higher-level attorneys on evaluations. Adapts existing documents to include agreed-upon provisions. Executes recommended actions and alternatives to achieve business goals/objectives.
