Audio Firmware Applications Engineer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated embedded firmware engineer. Candidate will be involved with all aspects of firmware development on our DSP chips. Tasks consists of implementing new features for customers, debug/support existing products, & FPGA testing of next-gen products.ResponsibilitiesProvide Applications/Technical support for Embedded Audio products to customers, marketing, sales and the Field Application engineering force. Develop new features for our DSP processors. Debug existing DSP solutions.Skills and Qualifications RequiredBSEE/MSEE/BSCS/MSCS/PHD or equivalent with ideally 1 to 3 years of experience in general embedded firmware development.Proficient in C programming.Experience in embedded systems (MCU, USB, UART, SPI, I2C)Experience with UNIX/Linux command line environments.Graduate Level Courses and or Laboratory projects with RTOS.Graduate Level Course work and or exposure to scripting languagesPreferred QualificationsGraduate Level and or PHD course work in embedded audio development.Familiarity with USB or Bluetooth stack.1 to 3 years of industry experience or equivalent education level derived experience or exposure.Skills and AttributesSelf-motivated and strong commitment to job completionAnalytical, resourceful, organized and detail oriented.Ability to manage work on several projects in parallel is essential.Good verbal and written English communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
