Job SummaryThe audit coordinator is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to audit visits and management of distributors and their processes. He/she oversees generating detailed reports on the audit visits and the subsequent elaboration of effective action plans to improve the quality and efficiency of the processes.Main Activities:Plan and coordinate auditing visits to distributors to evaluate compliance with standards and procedures.Generate detailed and comprehensive reports of audit visits, identifying areas of improvement and process deficiencies.Develop effective action plans based on the findings, working closely with internal and external teams to implement changes and improvements.Regularly monitor and follow up on the progress of action plans, ensuring that deadlines are met and established objectives are achieved.Keep up to date with automotive industry regulations and standards and internal best practices to ensure compliance and quality in all auditing activities.Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in audit processes and distributor operations.Coordinate onboarding activities and dealer processes, DPM platform administration, dealer profiling in Volvo Car and CDSID systems, and follow-up on dealer organizational structure.Coordinate quarterly visits to each of the dealers nationwide to be executed and reported by a Freelance Auditor (auditor time will be quoted separately).Requirements:English B2Proficient in automotive and brand specific quality standards and regulationsExperience interacting with dealers and internal teams.Engineering degree (Industrial or Administrative)Experience in automotive agencies (minimum of 4 years)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteKey Skills:TeamworkCustomer orientedCreativity and innovationInterpersonal communicationOrganizational skillsData analysis and reporting skills (intermediate-advanced Excel)Critical thinkingProblem solvingWritten and spoken expression (Spanish and English)Active listening and follow-up#J-18808-Ljbffr
