In this role, you will provide accounting, reporting and audit expertise.
Supports accounting and reporting matters to business/reporting units through resolution of accounting and reporting questions, financial statement reviews and preparation, as well as follow-up on accounting issues.
Support preparation of financial reports in compliance with internal guidelines and procedures and external regulatory requirements.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Coordinate audits on the accounting and reporting issues.
- Conducts investigations and reconciliation of accounting transaction as necessary and facilitates resolution of accounting and reporting issues.
- Contributes to definition, implementation and improvement of accounting policies relevant to area and level of expertise
- Follow-up and punctual deliveries of documentation to audit.
- Audit follow-up meetings with stakeholders
- Executes established audit policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with ABB Group policies and local instructions (where applicable?
- Performs quality checks on financial reporting data submitted by the units, including analytical review of major fluctuations.
- Participates in initiatives and projects to continuously improve financial accounting and reporting processes and tools.
**Your background**:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, finance, or related.
- 5+ years of experience in audit positions.
- Sound knowledge of analysis and creation financial statements, project management, general accounting.
- Knowledge of Excel and SAP.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- English Advanced Level.
