**Key Responsibilities**:- Execution of end to end audits, including planning, fieldwork and reporting, as well as Issue Validation and Continuous Monitoring.- Identify, assess and document risk and controls cross LOB and Legal Entities.- Identify and write high quality working papers and issues and support the Auditor in Charge in writing the report.- Propose and add input on audit scope decisions providing support to the Head of Audit while preparing the Annual Audit plan and during the ongoing audits.- Ensure compliance to Audit Regulatory Requirements and deliverables.- Capability to coordinate the team to meet objectives while acting as Auditor in Charge.- Capability to discuss and agree the factual and accuracy of audit issues with stakeholders.- Strong communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders and the global audit team.- Foster an environment to encourage knowledge sharing and viewpoints with IA colleagues.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree- 5+ years of Audit experience- 5+ years of banking industry experience- Deep knowledge of Bank and Broker Dealer applicable regulation.- Fluent in English.- Experience in risk based auditing.- Experience in executing audits with mínimal supervision.- Team player, strong communication and analytical skills, strong attention to detail.- Enthusiastic, self motivated, effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility/accountability.- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in an efficient and effective manner with mínimal supervision.J.P.
