Ensure that the documents found within the quality management system comply with the requirements of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 and specific customer requirements.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesKeep track of the faults found during your shift and those that were reported by other areas, through the registration of SIP, FTQ, and other records as the case may be, and have the attention and correction of the process.
Approve the materials in the production lines, comparing what is required against what is inspected, in order to continue the operation process.
Register, segregate, identify and dispose of the non-compliant product, issuing an NCMR, so that it can be physically transferred to the quarantine area.
Perform random monitoring of the statistical results defined in the CEP, for decision-making of problems of instability and low ability.
