Auditor Financiero

We're hiring! Our team is currently looking for a Financial Audit in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua with 5 years of experience in financial control, audit, or a related area, with a strong preference for experience in waste management, operations, or process auditing.

**Responsibilities.**

Conduct thorough financial audits across waste management, operations, and processes to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

Analyze financial data and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, unnecessary waste, and opportunities for cost savings.

Collaborate with operational and process management teams to understand workflows and pinpoint areas for financial optimization.

Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting findings, implications, and actionable recommendations for enhancing financial control, efficiency, and sustainability.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial control, audit, or a related area, with a strong preference for experience in waste management, operations, or process auditing.

Proficient in financial software, databases, and MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.

Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex.
