Job Profile SummaryPrimary focus is to perform audit procedures as assigned by management to assist with the audit of dealers' sales and sales incentive payments eligibility. Other responsibilities include:
Support the planning and performance of routine sales audits in accordance with sales audit standards, corporate policies and procedures, contractual terms and conditions, and other regulatory requirements.Assist in assessing the quality and condition of controls, reporting findings and making recommendations as to the adequacy and effectiveness of dealers' system of controls.Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.Supports field auditors by providing documentation when needed.Assist in maintaining and updating the sales audit database from sales audit initiation to their completion.Regular contact with outside departments and dealers will be required. Assist in the development of improving processes for analyzing dealer controls, data and business processes.Evaluates threats and vulnerabilities identified during audit.Prepares audit reports to document findings and recommendations.Collaborates with management to address control deficiencies and develops recommendations for improving controls.Conducts follow-up procedures to evaluate whether management's action plans have been implemented and sufficiently mitigates the risks identified during the audit.Participates in special projects, investigations and regulatory compliance audits.Works under the supervision of the Senior Auditor or Manager.Job Knowledge and Skills:Advanced EnglishAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel required.Strong understanding of risk analysis and advanced database applications; audit experience preferred.Strong knowledge and understanding of operational or financial disciplines, basic business applications and general IT controls.Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, presentation, project management and organizational skills; fluency in both spoken and written English required; fluency in French a plus.Advanced knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office suite software; Microsoft Access and Excel are the primary tools of this role.Strong knowledge of mainframe applications and data analytical tools (i.e., IDEA, ACL) is a plus.Experience using Tableau preferred but not required.Years of Experience:Two to five years of progressive related experience at a professional level.Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or Business required.Certification:CFE or CIA certification preferred but not required.By applying for the advertised position, candidates acknowledge that Nissan Mexicana and its subsidiaries reserve the right to conduct a public conduct search due to the sensitive nature of the assets and information involved in the role.
