Job Description:The Authorized Repair Center (ARC) Administrator will report to the North America Manager, ARC in our Monterrey, MX location. The ARC Administrator is responsible for managing ESAB's ARC network processes, warranty claims, invoicing, and compliance with procedures. They will work with ESAB's ARC network in North America and work closely with the network to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner. They will also be responsible for managing ESAB's online warranty portal to improve the overall ease of doing business with our repair network.Key Responsibilities- Monitor repair centers performance, ensuring that repairs are completed within agreed upon timeframes and that quality standards are met.- Work to improve OTS of spares for all ESAB product lines and ensure inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.- Monitor repair centers billing practices, ensuring that they are in line with company policies and procedures.- Ensure that repair centers performance is tracked and reported on, providing regular reports to management.- Work closely with customer service and technical support teams to ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely and effective manner.- Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue generation within the repair network.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Familiarity with basic structured training methodologies (e.G., Critical Path).- Strong electrical background and knowledge of equipment repair and techniques- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills- Maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships.- Ability to support the needs of and interact appropriately with cross-functional personnel.- Excellent customer relationship building skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills are required.- Exhibits self-confidence.
