Autocad 2D Drafter (Remote)

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Create technical 2D drawings in AutoCAD including floor plans, elevations, and detailed furniture drawings for production- Create 3D renderings in SketchUp to present floor plans, elevations, and furniture placement- Work with the design & sales team to create digital client presentations to convey design intention- Creative input during design phase with a collaborative spirit- Occasionally assist the design & sales team during site visits to take field measurements- Work with in-house CRM and cloud systems to log client plans and presentations.**QUALIFICATIONS**- **+2 years of experience in a similar role.**:- **Fluent in English and Spanish.**:- **Knowledge of residential furniture is a MUST.**:- **Excellence in AUTOCAD or similar drafting software.
