Automation Controls Engineer

General purpose:
Maintain plant Quality systems through developing, implementing and improving methods, techniques and procedures of the Comprehensive Quality System and manufacturing processes, in order to ensure that it meets the internal, client and Corporate requirements.
and the IATF Standard 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
Features:

- Identify, develop and implement improvements to methods, techniques and procedures, through the Comprehensive Quality System, so that these positively impact the plant's objectives and optimize production costs.
- Ensure the quality of processed and finished products, according to established guidelines and procedures, to guarantee that they meet the client's requirements and specifications and internal standards.
- Prepare corrective and/or preventive actions derived from audits of the Comprehensive Quality System to ensure, in an effective and timely manner, the updating and operation of the Comprehensive Quality System.
- Maintain and periodically review for improvement the operation sheets, standardized works, flow charts, FMEA, Control Plan, SC/CC characteristics matrix, Set Up Sheets, specifications, visual aids and procedures of the manufacturing system, in order to improve to comply with the plant's quality system and specific customer requirements.
**Requirements**:
Education: Completed degree

Experience: 2 years or more in the area
