**Automation Developer Intern**
We are hiring an **Automation Developer Intern **who will be assigned to projects to ensure that information technology products and services meet company standards and end-user requirements.
**What you will be doing**:
- You will be partnering with business customers, developers and analysts to evaluate business process automation opportunities. _You will learn and _be responsible for_:_
- Working closely with Software Quality Analysts and development teams to establish project deliverables and timelines around automated test development. Assisting in automated test strategy creation for product teams.
- _ Learn to_: Designing, building, executing, debugging, and maintaining automated tests
- Tracking and reporting automated testing effort progress and issue resolution status
- _ You will also _be responsible for_:
- Learning and embracing Agile/SCRUM and DevOps methods to improve software quality.
- Advocating the automation mindset!
- Coaching and advising others on Quality & Automation best practices, procedures, and technologies.
**Who you are**
**Required Skills or Competencies**
- IT degree or related
- English/Spanish.
- Programming and development skills in languages such as Java, C#,.NET or others.
- Ability to embrace details and formulate the 'big picture.'
- Strong communication skills to work with local and global teams.
- Team player: collaborative with all audiences.
**Preferred Skills or Competencies**
- Experience working in an Agile (SCRUM) is a plus.
- Business Automation tools such as UiPath or others.
