Descripción The main responsibilities are:
Scale up automation projects across all factoriesLead, guide and develop all technical and managerial skills to all the automation teamTeams with the different departments in the manufacturing sites to prioritize efforts and plan accordinglyResponsible for the overall budget for the automation departmentMentor and coach site leadersResearch and develop new technology to be implemented across all sites Perfil buscado B.S in Engineering. More than 10 year's experience leading automation projects as Manager or Director. More than 5 year's experience in multi-site roles. Proven experience leading reports to top management with cost savings results. Availability to travel. Advanced English and Spanish is a must.
