Key Responsibilities
- Owns, develops a pipeline of Welding projects across multiple sites in multiple regions
- Creates solutions for welding-related problems to improve product performance and increase productivity
- Involved in strategy on design and development of a machining systems and equipment
- Enables building of a balanced portfolio of projects with a minimum of 3 years view
- Ensures logical and systematic implementation of system requirements into a solution that meets technical, time and cost objectives at selected Honeywell locations.
- Performs technical planning, system integration, validation, capital cost, ROI, risk management and effective analysis to deliver automated manufacturing equipment
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2+ years of experience.
- Advanced English level.

- Six Sigma Green Belt certified
- Technical proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools, Robotic Programming (FANUC, Roboguide, etc.), PCL Programming (Studio 5000), CNC Programming (CAM, etc.)
- Ability to work independently
- Experience performing product manufacturing cost analysis
- Ability to understand and establish priorities in a complex and demanding environment
- Work in a matrix environment with a focus on building relationships and driving improvements over multiple locations
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
