**Role: Senior Automation Engineer****Job Summary**:**Responsibilities**:- Design, implement and maintain advanced automated test scripts using any automation tool- Develop and integrate test automation utilities, integrate test and issue management tools within automation framework.- Develops standards, KPIs and identifies opportunities in improving automation processes- Serve as a technical expert on software testing with new technologies for automation framework, latest industry trends, lead and train other engineers.- Maintain effective daily communication with team members via stand-up meetings, documentation and status reports.- Participate and conduct peer reviews of automation tools and test scripts.- Investigate and resolve operational problems in conjunction with other engineering and technical personnel.- Design and develop test utilities and harnesses using Java, Python or other functional languages.- Produce test reports; Document and manage defect identification through resolution and closure.**Qualifications and Skills**:- 10-15 years of experience working in Software Testing and at least 7-8 years with Automating software testing- Drive opportunities and lead efforts to improve existing test infrastructure or create new test infrastructure to increase efficiency and productivity in test case development, scheduling, or deployment.- Experience working with Capital Markets (preferred)- Define and lead new initiatives in the QA automated testing field- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and concepts.- Experience with building an automation framework with supporting schema and reporting- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC (Agile and Waterfall)- Proficient in scripting language Python, R or other functional languages.- Experience is writing complex SQL queries- Strong problem-solving skills.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Ability to think of creative solutions to systems-based issues.- High attention to details and ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to others.- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (preferred)**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month**Experience**:- Software Testing: 8 years (required)- Python: 8 years (required)- QA: 8 years (required)**Speak with the employer**+91 9726343152
