Company dedicated to build fixtures and maintenance/engineering changes to plastic injection molds for the automotive industry.

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Design, program, test and start-up of equipment
- Design controls systems using AutoCAD
- PLC and HMI program development using multiple types of software such as Rockwell, Siemens or Omron
- Design of networks such as DNET, ENET, Profibus, Profinet, Remote I/O, IO Link
- Design of safety systems using integrated safety PLC's or safety processors such as PILZ or Banner
- Develop controls design components Bill of Materials
- Work with purchasing and suppliers for product selection and cost-effective controls solutions
- Robot programming - Fanuc, ABB, Nachi
- Configure Robot I/O
- Robot Path teaching and Optimization
- Communicate and troubleshoot with end users
- Maintain a project schedule keeping projects moving forward and on-time
- Manage open issues and lessons learned documents
- Specification of Vision Components, Programming and Tuning of Basic Vision Systems
- Programming and Troubleshooting of Ultrasonic Welding Systems
**At least 2 years of experience**:
- Advanced English (Able to keep technical english conversation)
- GD&T knowledge
- Electrical trouble shooting background
- Familiarity with VFD's and servo systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical assembly drawings
- 2+ years of related experience
- Proficient with Microsoft office products
