Automation Engineer

The role of a Robotics and Automation Engineer is outlined in between one or more of the followingfunctions related to industrial production lines:- Design- Develop- Rollout- Maintain- OperateDuties/Responsibilities:- Oversee project rollout and support installation teams- Quality assurance - Automation Engineer Requirements- Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.Tests to validate their performance.- To identify bugs, install databases, and collaborate with the software design team.- Meeting with the software design team to discuss verification protocols.- Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures.- PLC programming.Required Skills/Abilities:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar technical field.- Previous experience working as a quality assurance automation engineer.- Automation and robotics, machine learning.- Programming and coding experience.- Experience in implementations with major PLC brands like Siemens, Rockwell, Allen Bradley,Mitsubishi, Schneider, Omron, Emerson, or equivalents- Project management.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Communication and leadership skills.- Programming skills including automation systems and databases.- Familiarity with programming script languages including Java and VBScript- Available to travel- Good written and verbal communication skills.- Strong attention to detail.**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per monthEducación:- Licenciatura terminada (Deseable)Experiência:- Develop, maintain and operate industrial production lines: 5 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad para viajar:- 50 % (Deseable)Work Location: Hybrid remote in 64030, Monterrey, Nuevo León
